About the Trainer
Paula Peters is an award-winning author, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized writing expert with more than 19 years’ experience in marketing writing, technical writing, curriculum design, and content marketing innovation across the globe.
Paula has trained more than 20,000 executives, officers, managers, and entrepreneurs across North America in writing techniques and marketing. She has taught staff from the Pentagon, leaders on Capitol Hill, executives on Broadway, and most recently, a 4-star general and his staff.
As President of Peters Writing Services, Inc., Paula has led her small team of writers and designers to create a wide variety of documentation for Fortune 500 clients across the globe, including: Russell Stover, UL, Red Robin, the U.S. Army, Lindt & Sprüngli, U.S. Nuclear Command, NAIC, Sprint, Staples, Applebee’s International, Commerce Bank, and Bank of the West. She specializes in making complex material easy-to-read.
Peters Writing Services was selected as a Kansas Existing Small Business of the Year by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
