About the Trainer
Todd loves to give people enjoyable learning experiences that lead to “awe-ha” moments. These are more than “ah-ha” moments; they are moments that leave you in “awe.”
Todd has a desire to help people innovatively create organizations where people really love to work and have significant results. It is his belief that people want to work for an organization where they can use their talents to get results, feel valued, and be part of something greater than themselves.
Todd has over 17 years of experience working with corporate, nonprofit, educational, government, and church groups consulting, designing, and implementing training programs to help develop exceptional leaders, excellent teams, and significant organizations.
In 2000, Todd started and ran the Tucker Leadership Lab- one of the largest experiential challenge courses in the nation that serves over 7,000 people each year. In 2005, Todd started the Leadership, Training and Development Programs at the Pryor Center for Leadership Development at William Jewell College. In 2007, in partnership with the Clay County Economic Development Council, he created and started the Doniphan Leadership Institute (an executive leadership program that has over 100 graduates).
Todd’s career also includes 10 years of teaching leadership courses at William Jewell College, working for Harvesters (Kansas City Food Bank) as a volunteer coordinator and communication relations associate. He has also worked for Weight Watchers International as a trainer.
Presently, Todd is the president and founder of a consultancy that provides leadership development and team enrichment consulting and training.
